What we collect

If you send a message through the contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you type. If you subscribe to a newsletter, we store the email address you provide. Our server may record standard technical information such as the pages requested and the time of the request for security and performance monitoring.

How we use it

Contact messages are used only to answer your question. Newsletter addresses are used only to send the newsletter you requested. Technical logs are used to keep the site available and secure. We do not use your data for behavioural advertising or sell it to data brokers.

Cookies and analytics

The site may use a small number of cookies for basic functionality, such as remembering a newsletter preference. If we use analytics, we prefer aggregated data that does not identify individuals. You can block cookies in your browser; the guides remain readable.

Retention

We keep contact messages only as long as needed to resolve the query. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. Server logs are retained for a limited period and then deleted or aggregated.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, request correction or request deletion. Email Contact us with the subject "Privacy request". We may need to verify your identity before acting. We aim to respond within 30 days.
