DMCA POLICY
We respect copyright and respond promptly to valid notices. If you believe your work appears on Orenmineah without permission, contact us with the details below.
How to send a notice
Email Contact us with the subject "DMCA notice". Include your name, address, telephone number and email address; a description of the copyrighted work; the exact URL of the material you believe infringes; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised; a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the copyright owner; and your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We review complete notices within three business days. If the claim is valid, we remove or disable access to the material while we investigate. If the notice is incomplete, we may ask for the missing information. We may notify the person who posted the material and provide them with a copy of the notice.
Counter-notices
If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court. We may restore the material after the statutory period unless the copyright owner files a court action.
Repeat infringement
We may suspend or terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe copyright. We keep records of valid notices and take repeat claims seriously.
Misuse
Knowingly filing a false notice or counter-notice can have legal consequences. If you are unsure whether a use is infringing, seek legal advice before sending a notice.
